Vision

A network of Shepherds imaged after Christ the Good Shepherd, who are willing and able to sacrifice time, talents and treasure to attend to the needs of their lambs in their spiritual journey and to continuously nurture, guide, teach and correct them with the Word of God.

 

Mission

1. To develop a pool of SHEPHERD COUPLES who exhibit the virtues and qualities of good and effective Shepherds.

2. To equip the SHEPHERDS with the knowledge and skills on the proper method of shepherding.

3. To inspire the lambs, through the example of their own shepherds, to become shepherds themselves.
