A group of encountered couples from a ME community banded together to form a prayer group at the Presidential Guards Camp accross the Pasig River from Malacaņang. They requested the HJM PC to help them establish themselves. In time, they decided to join the HJM PC and became in February 1997 the HJM JON Prayer Group.
